Coordinate robust, relevant professional learning opportunities that align to district priorities and the Portrait of a Learner.

Lead the mentoring and induction program to support early-career educators in developing confidence, competence, and connection to the district.

Foster continuous professional growth for all educators.

Advance equity and inclusion by identifying and removing barriers to access, opportunity, and success. 

Provide the support, resources, and encouragement needed to thrive in rigorous and meaningful academic experiences across all schools and grade levels.

Develop structures that help educators collect, analyze, and use assessment data to inform instruction.

Guide schools in identifying and implementing interventions and enrichment through a strong Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS).

Build strong, open lines of communication with students, families, teachers, and leaders to ensure transparency and trust.

Promote collaboration across classrooms, schools, and departments to strengthen consistency and shared practice.

Foster a culture of collective responsibility where all voices are valued and teamwork drives continuous improvement.
