General Meeting Information
All meetings are held in the Frazier Room (#210) in the Education Center at 100 Walnut Street, unless otherwise noted in the School Committee Calendar.
Meetings and agendas are posted on the City's Electronic Posting Board or the School Committee Calendar.
To attend meetings virtually, the public may log into Zoom via the following link:

Should you require handicap accessibility, please enter through the doors on the Walnut St. side of the building and proceed across the hallway to the elevator. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor and turn right.
Agendas will be posted once confirmed. Related documents are posted as soon as possible but no later than the day of the meeting. To review agenda and related documents of meetings use the Meeting Materials dropdown on the left and click on the meeting date.
Public Comment
Public Comment: you may offer public comment either in person or virtually during the public comment portion of the meeting. To participate, please do the following:
- In-person: you may attend the meeting in-person and sign in for public comment on the sign up sheet. Per School Committee policy, you will have 3 minutes in which to offer your comments.
- Virtually: if you wish to offer public comment virtually, please submit your NAME and ADDRESS by email with the subject line: "Public Comment for [DATE]" to School Committee at least 30 minutes PRIOR to the official start time of the meeting. Join the virtual meeting by computer or phone via the link or phone number above. When the School Committee chairperson calls your name, you will be permitted to unmute your microphone and turn on your video. You will have 3 minutes to deliver your comments.
