NPS Benefits & Enrollment Overview

The Newton Public Schools offers employees a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Enrollment forms for each benefit can be found on the relevant benefits page.

All enrollment forms must be completed and submitted to the Human Resources department within 30 days of your start date. Please be sure to include a marriage license when adding a spouse and birth certificates when adding a child to any insurance. Forms may be dropped off in person to HR or submitted via email.
