    Attention students! A reminder--students are not permitted to be at their lockers until 7:45. If you arrive before 7:45, you must report to the cafeteria, auditorium, or library until the 7:45 bell rings.



     

    There will be no academic coaching or after school math support, today, Thursday, February 14th.

    Attention students! There will be a Valentine's arts and crafts project led by Library Task Force members tomorrow and Thursday, 3rd Extension. Sign up in the library today!

    Remember there's no such thing as a small act of kindness. Every act creates a ripple with no end. Today’s challenge is to tell your parents / guardians that you appreciate them today when you get home. Don’t forget that Monday’s Spirit Day is Crazy Hat and Crazy Hair Day. Please pay $1 to participate to support the Kindness Ambassadors. Members will be collecting money in the lobby on Monday.

     

     

    Spirit week is next week. Remember if you want to wear a hat please bring in $1 to donate for a charity. We will be greeting you in the lobby with a Monday morning dance party.

    Kindness is its own superpower. Today’s challenge is to help someone with their work. Don’t forget to check out the Kindness Calendar to see the days of Spirit Week next week. We are wrapping up the end of our Kindness challenge with some more fun! Monday is Crazy Hat and Crazy Hair Day. Please pay $1 to participate to support the Kindness Ambassadors.

    We have always depended on the kindness of strangers. Today's challenge is to share a nice comment about someone to them and to someone else. And heads up, Oak Hill, are you ready for next week’s Spirit Week to wrap up our Kindness Challenge before vacation? Check out the Kindness board for details.

     

     

    Sra. Sheen's classes will all meet in the computer lab today. Bring your Spanish materials! Once again, Sra. Sheen's classes should appear in the computer lab at the start of class with their binders.

    Attention! At 11:00, all students should report to their regular Day 5 extension class. At dismissal, we will be offering a grab-and-go lunch option for any student who wishes to purchase a lunch. Listen for your grade-level dismissal times!

     

     

    Attention Oak Hill Ski & Snowboard club. Our next trip is tomorrow. Once again, we ARE going to Wachusett tomorrow.

    The level of our success is limited only by our imagination and no act of kindness, however small, is ever wasted. We’re in our fourth week of the Kindness Challenge. Check out the Kindness Calendar near the auditorium each day until February vacation for one simple step to make each day at Oak Hill a more positive place to be. We are on now on day 17. Today’s challenge is to do something for yourself. Self-care is being kind to yourself! And heads up, Oak Hill! Next week we are celebrating the end of our Kindness Challenge with a Spirit Week before vacation. Check out the Kindness calendar for more details.  



     

    Come celebrate the Chinese New Year with festivities in room 102 in the modular. Drink milk tea, write Chinese calligraphy, and master the art of using chopsticks. Stop by any time during extensions today.

Today’s challenge is to help someone carry their materials. And heads up, Oak Hill! Next week we are celebrating the end of our Kindness Challenge with a Spirit Week before vacation. We’ll be sending out more information to homerooms this week. Check out the Kindness calendar for more details.  



    Hey 8th Graders! Do you want to ask the teachers modern day questions? Submit questions to Mrs. Kappel’s room 234. They will be asked during a teacher Jeopardy! game that will be coming soon.
