Miss Tagliaferri was born and raised in Ridgefield, Connecticut. She has one older brother who lives in New York City, and one dog named Copper, who lives in Connecticut with her parents. Miss Tagliaferri has always loved to play soccer and basketball, and continues to play both sports on intramural teams in Boston. She went to Boston College for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees, and still attends football, basketball and hockey games! Miss Tagliaferri graduated with her Master's Degree in Reading and Literacy and loves teaching students to enjoy reading just as much as she does. This will be her second year teaching at Bowen. When she is not teaching, she loves traveling, running, spending time with her friends and family, trying new restaurants, and listening to country music. She encourages her students to always choose happiness, and is excited to watch them grow into confident members of the community throughout the year.
