The Aspen Family and Student Portal is the central student information system for Newton Public Schools. This guide provides step-by-step instructions and troubleshooting tips to help you:
Manage Your Account: Securely log in and set your language preferences.

Access Online Forms: Submit new student registrations, financial assistance applications, and withdrawal requests.
NPS students are issued a charger and either an iPad (grades PreK–2) or a Chromebook (grades 3–12). Students retain their assigned device until it is recalled by the district or the student withdraws from the school system.
Before using any digital tool that requires a student login, please verify its approval status here. If the tool is approved but requires parent sign-off, ensure you collect the signed forms before student use. If a login-required tool isn't listed, use the "Request It" link to submit a review.
