Stacia Fritz, Resident District ManagerStacia Fritz, Chartwells Resident District Manager in Newton, graduated from Ohio
Wesleyan University with a bachelor’s degree in political science in 2001. In 2003 she
attended the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, New York. While at the
Culinary Institute of America, she externed at Eleven Madison Park and supported Chef
David Kinch and his team at the James Beard House. Upon graduating from the CIA,
she worked for world-renowned and 3-Michelin Star chefs David Kinch and Eric Ripert.
Stacia continued her work in various restaurants working her way up the ranks.
In 2016, she joined Compass Group as the Foodservice Director at Liberty Mutual’s
Boston Headquarters, where she focused on the Business and FOH operations. In
2019, she moved to Chartwells, the Compass K-12 division, as the Director of Dining
Services for Randolph Public Schools.
Stacia resides in Natick, MA with her husband and son. During her free time, you can
often find her cheering her son on the lacrosse field.
