    Dear Families,

    We are grateful for your guidance and support during this distance learning experience!

    Trimester 3 Report Cards have been uploaded to the Aspen Family Portal for families and for students. Parents can log in using your Aspen ID (typically last name first name with no spaces between). Students can log in using their username and password. The report card PDF appears in the Published Reports list.

    For this trimester, students will receive either a "Pass," indicating that a student has submitted enough work to assess progress given the current circumstances, or a “No Grade,” indicating that there was not enough work submitted during this term to assess progress fairly.

    If students receive NG for the course, it will not affect their ability to transition to the next grade. Everyone has experienced distance learning in different ways, based upon unique circumstances, and NG may be the result of a plan to modify a student’s work or to account for those circumstances during this public health crisis.
