  • 1. Complete the ITC Interpreter Request Form.   Incomplete information will delay the process.  Please verify the correct parent phone number in case the interpreter needs to call to remind the parent of the meeting.


    2. A confirmation of receipt of the interpreter request will be sent within 48 hours.

     
    3. Another confirmation with the name of the interpreter will be sent within 48-72 hours of the initial receipt email.
     
    IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO   request@itctranslation.net. Include your name and the date and location of the requested service.  
     
     

    IF YOU NEED HELP WITH A SPECIFIC REQUEST THEN PLEASE EMAIL OR CALL INTERNATIONAL TRANSLATION COMPANY  at request@itctranslation.net or call  617-989-3939.  In the case of an emergency, call 617-606-0144.  

     

    After the appointment:

    The interpreter will give a Service Verification Form to the school contact person to complete and sign.   This will then be submitted to ITC by the interpreter and used for invoicing purposes.


    Please take the time to fill out an Interpreter Evaluation Form.  If there are additional notes or information regarding the interpreter and/or service provided, add them at the bottom of the Evaluation Form. Completing the form is optional; however, we value your feedback and use this information to help us provide excellent service.
