    Any 7th or 8th grader interested in trying out to play basketball must sign up on Family ID by this Tuesday, Nov 20. as Registration will close at 8:00 PM that evening.

     

     

    Attention all Students: Today is the last day to buy Tickets for Dorothy In Wonderland during first Extension in the cafeteria. The show opens tonight! Tickets are $8 in advance, and increase to $10 at the door. See Mr. Bueno or Ms. Colella with questions.

     

     

    Attention Grade 6 students, please see Mr. Bueno or Ms. Colella at lunch if you are purchasing tickets for Family Night at Oak Hill's opening night of "Dorothy in Wonderland". Advanced tickets are $8. Other students interested in purchasing tickets can stop by Mr. Bueno's room during 2nd or 3rd extension.

     

     

    This is the first full week of our Food and Coat Drive campaign which runs from today until Friday, December 14. Our school is teaming up with Centre Street Food Pantry and Anton's Cleaners this year. We are asking students and families to donate food/paper products/canned goods, and/or a gently used coat during the Food and Coat Drive to their homerooms. The homeroom who collects the most will host the Panther Mascot and a pizza OR ice cream party. Good luck and have a great week!

    It's Theater Spirit Week for the Cast and Crew of Dorothy In Wonderland! Tuesday is pajama day. If you see anyone sporting their pajamas today, wish them luck for opening night!

    In the spirit of the holidays and taking care of others in the community, the Kindness Ambassadors have launched our Food and Coat Drive campaign from today until Friday, December 14. Our school is teaming up with Centre Street Food Pantry and Anton's Cleaners this year. We are asking students and families to donate food/paper products/canned goods, and/or a gently used coat during the Food and Coat Drive to their homerooms.     Due to a field trip, there will be no K-Pop Lunch today. We will meet on our next Day 2, which is Tuesday.

     

     

    Students in Señora Modica's 6th grade Spanish classes should go directly to the computer lab today. I repeat: Sra. Modica's first and last periods 6th grade classes to the computer lab. Gracias.

     

     

    Yesterday the 8th grade soccer team lost to the staff in a hard fought game. Despite the loss, the 8th graders played well throughout, and Bria Abbiati scored a great goal against the staff. The coaches want to thank the 8th graders for their effort all year long, and wish them the best of luck next year at the high school!

     

     

    Congratulations to the one Book Mask Design winners: 8th grade-Ketturah John, 7th grade-Lucas Lesburg, 6th grade- Jessi Lu. Winners please check in the Ms. Calhoun.

    Today after school the 8th graders on the boys and girls soccer teams will take on the staff. The game will start right after school, so come out and cheer on your fellow students as they attempt the impossible task of beating the teachers!

    Attention 6th Graders: Ms. Colella's Drama Classes will meet in the Library today.

     

     

    Who is the only president who didn’t blame the previous administration? (wait) It was George Washington! You also can’t blame anyone for having a bake sale. So sign up to bake for the New York election day bake sale to raise money for the exciting eighth grade New York Trip. Also 8th grade students, remind your parents to sign up to bring baked goods on the genius sign up link that was sent to all families! We encourage you to go nut free - for the baked goods that is!
