Franklin students attend F. A. Day Middle School. Throughout the fifth grade year students have many opportunities to visit the middle school. We attend at least one theatrical performance and all fifth graders participate in a step-up day in the spring. The principal of Day Middle School comes to visit with Franklin alumnae in April. During this time, he and the former Franklin students answer any questions our fifth graders may be wondering about middle school. There is an informational evening in March for parents of incoming students.
