The Newton Partnership provides parent outreach and education in the areas of:

• Safe School Environments and Violence Prevention
• Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drug Prevention
• Student Behavioral, Social, and Emotional Supports
• Mental Health Services 
• Early Childhood Social and Emotional Supports

Over 40 free workshops per year are offered on a range of issues facing parents of children from preschool through high school. Past examples include:

• Internet Safety and Cyberbullying
• Bullying Prevention and Intervention
• Navigating the Rocky Road of Adolescence
• Therapeutic Support Groups for parents of children with mental health concerns
• A Parent Management Training series
• Limit setting workshops for parents of preschoolers
• Workshops focused on helping middle school parents face the tough issues surrounding anger management, drugs, and alcohol
