Elementary WebQuests

These grade-level, curriculum based WebQuests are inquiry-oriented lessons in which most or all the information that learners work with comes from the web. Included in each lesson is:

  • An introduction that sets the stage
  • A task that is doable, interesting, and thought provoking
  • A set of information resources needed to complete the task. Many of the resources are embedded in the WebQuest document itself as links pointing to information on the World Wide Web.
  • A description of the process the learners should go through in accomplishing the task, broken out into clearly described steps.
  • A conclusion, or evaluation, that brings closure to the quest.
