Mission Statement

The mission of the Newton South High School Library is to ensure that all students have the skills and opportunity to access, evaluate and use information. The library program strives to enable all students to be effective researchers and responsible users of ideas and information.   All students will be well-informed problem solvers and lifelong readers.

  RESOURCES

  The Library has over 20,000 items including books, DVDs, videotapes, and compact discs. 
  There is also an extensive map collection.
  The Library has subscriptions to a number of online databases that can be accessed at school
   or from home.    All items are listed in the Library's online catalog.
